Scope

These terms apply to use of nananoir.com and purchases made from Nana Noir. They operate together with our Refund, Shipping and Privacy Policies. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Products and information

We aim to describe products, materials, colours, sizes and availability accurately. Screen colours may vary. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are displayed in euros. Shipping charges and the final payable total are shown before the order is placed. Available payment methods appear at checkout. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, subject to payment authorisation, stock availability and lawful fraud prevention. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will cancel it and refund amounts paid.

Delivery, withdrawal and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Consumer withdrawal, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Legal conformity

Goods must conform to the contract and remain covered by mandatory statutory conformity and guarantee rights. Contact info@nananoir.com if a product is faulty or not as described.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property rights, attempt unauthorised access or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Original Nana Noir content is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not commercially reproduce or exploit it without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party rights remain with their owners.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory liability for consumer rights, fraud, wilful misconduct or personal injury where applicable. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Privacy

Personal information is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms prospectively. The terms in force when an order is placed apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

Governing law and disputes

Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Disputes are handled by the competent court under applicable law; consumers retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.
