All orders are prepared and processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days.
Complimentary shipping on orders over €100.

European Union & United Kingdom

Orders are shipped via PostNL international services.
All orders are prepared and processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days.
Complimentary shipping on orders over €200.

International

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands via PostNL.
All orders are prepared and processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Complimentary shipping on orders over €350.

Tracking details are provided for all orders once shipped so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
