Processing and estimated delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

• Netherlands: 3–4 business days via PostNL; free shipping over €100.
• European Union and United Kingdom: 4–7 business days via PostNL international services; free shipping over €200.
• Other international destinations: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs; free shipping over €350.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Unless another delivery period is agreed, we deliver without undue delay and no later than the period required by applicable consumer law.

Shipping charges

Available delivery methods and the shipping charge are shown at checkout before you place the order. The final total is shown before payment.

Tracking, loss and damage

Tracking is provided when available. Nana Noir remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you designated, unless you independently arranged a carrier that we did not offer. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, email info@nananoir.com with your order number so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Customs and import charges

For destinations outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply. Where these are not collected at checkout, they may be charged by local authorities or the carrier and are the recipient’s responsibility. Any available information at checkout should be reviewed before ordering.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please provide a complete and accurate address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or an uncollected parcel, contact us. Any new shipping charge will be communicated before reshipment, without limiting statutory rights.
