Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE, CLEARANCE, AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS ON PRIOR PURCHASES.

All return request must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition, with all the original packaging, tags attached, and proof of purchase included. Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odor, or alteration will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

Socks, underwear, made-to-order, gift cards, and custom pieces are final sale.

Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.  

claims for damages, defective, incorrect, late or missing items must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery; claims made after this timeframe may not be honored.
